By placing an order on CustomTron, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — especially sections 2 (Security Model) and 4 (Refund Policy).
CustomTron provides a GPU-accelerated TRON vanity address generation service. We find TRON wallet addresses (T...) that match a pattern of your choice — such as a prefix, suffix, or both.
Generation is performed using a Split-Key cryptographic model (described in Section 2) that ensures we never have access to your Wallet Private Key at any point in the process.
We do not provide financial advice, investment services, custody, transmission, or management of cryptocurrency assets or wallet funds. Our service is limited to mathematical address generation; at no point do we hold, control, or possess any address, key, or wallet capable of independently signing transactions on the TRON network.
Technical compatibility. Generated addresses are standard TRON (TRC) format and follow standard secp256k1 elliptic-curve derivation. They are designed to be compatible with all major TRON wallets, including TronLink, Trust Wallet, and Ledger hardware wallets. We do not, however, warrant compatibility with every possible third-party wallet, exchange, or service — see Section 7.
Free Tier (1–3 characters). Patterns of 1–3 characters (any case) can be generated entirely in your browser at no cost. No server interaction is required — your private key is generated locally and never transmitted. Free tier uses direct key generation (not split-key) and does not involve payment, GPU processing, or server-side storage. All paid-tier terms (Sections 3–4) do not apply to free-tier usage.
When our service obligation is fulfilled (paid tier). Our obligation is fulfilled when an order reaches "completed" status — the vanity address matching your pattern has been generated and the encrypted server-key is made available to you for combination. The final step of combining keys ("collection" or "unlock") is performed by you, locally in your browser, using the Generation Private Key you saved at Step 3. Because of our Split-Key design, we never hold your Generation Private Key and therefore cannot perform, complete, or reproduce the collection step on your behalf. An order that reaches "completed" status but is not collected — for any reason on your side, including loss of the Generation Private Key, a closed or refreshed browser, or failure to save the key — represents a fully delivered service and is not grounds for a refund or compensation credit.
Understanding how our service works is important for your security:
window.crypto.getRandomValues. It never leaves your device.⚠ You are solely responsible for saving your Generation Private Key generated in Step 3 (Generation). If you lose it before completing Step 4 (Unlock), your address cannot be recovered. We do not store it.
Our cryptographic code (crypto.js) is open source and published on GitHub with verifiable checksums. The order page automatically verifies file integrity at load time.
This Section applies only to paid-tier orders (patterns of 4 or more characters). Free-tier generation (1–3 characters) involves no payment and is not subject to this Section.
All payments are accepted in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) only. We do not accept TRX, ETH, BTC, or fiat currency.
We are not responsible for funds sent to expired addresses, incorrect amounts, or transfers on the wrong network.
📄 A standalone version of this Refund Policy is available at customtron.com/customtron-refund.html. Both documents describe the same policy.
This Section applies only to paid-tier orders. Free-tier generation involves no payment; refunds are not applicable.
GPU generation starts immediately after payment. No refunds are issued for change of mind once generation begins, but we guarantee a full refund in the failure cases listed below, except where the failure results from a Force Majeure event under Section 12.
We will issue a full refund in the following cases only:
Refunds are issued in USDT to the sending address within 48 hours of the confirmed refund request. To request a refund, contact support via Telegram with your order ID.
No refunds are issued for: change of mind, incorrect patterns entered by the user, or addresses generated correctly but not imported to a wallet.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances attributable to the buyer — including but not limited to: (a) sending an amount different from the amount specified in the order; or (b) sending payment after the order's payment window has expired — and the funds were actually received by CustomTron on the correct TRON (TRC-20) network, CustomTron does not issue an on-chain refund of the received funds, consistent with the irreversible nature of on-chain transactions described in Section 8.
Instead, at our sole discretion, we may issue one or more single-use compensation credit codes, together equal to the amount actually received (not the original order price), redeemable toward future generation attempts on CustomTron. Each code is valid for one order and capped at the price of the most expensive plan available at the time of claim; where the amount received exceeds that cap, the balance is issued as additional single-use credit codes rather than refunded on-chain or forfeited.
To claim, the buyer must contact support via Telegram (@customtronbot) or email ([email protected]) with the order ID and transaction hash within three (3) days of the original payment. Claims submitted after this period are forfeited. Compensation codes are a credit toward future service, not a return of cryptocurrency.
Wrong-network transfers are excluded. Funds sent on a network other than TRON TRC-20 (for example ERC-20 or BEP-20) never reach CustomTron and cannot be refunded, compensated, or recovered by us.
This Section applies to both free-tier and paid-tier use of the Service.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use CustomTron. By placing an order or using the free-tier generator you represent that you meet this requirement.
Restricted jurisdictions. You may not use CustomTron if you are a resident of, or are accessing the service from, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, including but not limited to: Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Syria, Cuba, the Crimea region, the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, and any other jurisdiction designated by OFAC, the UN Security Council, EU, or HM Treasury. You further represent that you are not a Specially Designated National (SDN) or otherwise on any sanctions list. The Service is additionally unavailable to residents of, or persons accessing it from, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, in line with the operator's jurisdiction and applicable restrictive measures; access from these jurisdictions may be blocked.
You may not use CustomTron to:
AML / KYC notice. CustomTron does not perform identity verification (KYC) and does not act as a money transmitter, custodian, or financial intermediary. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of generated addresses complies with all applicable AML/CFT, tax, and reporting obligations in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to monitor patterns resembling addresses of known exchanges, custodians or public wallets, and to cancel orders and refuse service for any suspected violation of this section, with or without refund.
Prohibited use — impersonation and deception. You may not use CustomTron to generate an address intended to imitate, resemble, or be mistaken for any other address, or to impersonate, deceive, or defraud any person or entity, including for the purpose of “address poisoning” or similar schemes. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably suspect is intended for such use, and we are not obligated to disclose the basis for such a decision.
We may also screen the source address of incoming payments against third-party risk databases. Where a payment does not pass this automated screening, we may refuse to provide the service. In such cases the payment is received at a transit address controlled by CustomTron but is not credited as payment, the funds are not moved or processed further, and no service is rendered.
For the avoidance of doubt, any order refused, cancelled, or not completed under this Section — including for failure to pass source screening, or for suspected impersonation, deception, or other prohibited use — is not eligible for a refund or compensation credit under Section 4, notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms. Such a refusal is a decision to decline service and does not constitute a technical failure, delivery failure, or non-performance on our part.
Payments flagged for further review under the automated source-screening process described above may, following verification, be approved and processed, declined, or, if no decision is reached within a reasonable review period, processed automatically. This automatic processing applies only to source-screening review and does not apply to orders refused or held for suspected impersonation, deception, or other prohibited use, which require an affirmative decision to proceed. CustomTron determines the review period at its sole discretion.
CustomTron is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:
Cryptocurrency markets and networks are inherently volatile and subject to external technical conditions outside our control — including network congestion, fee market changes, hard forks, and validator behavior. This Section establishes the scope of our service warranties; legal allocation of risk for events outside our reasonable control is governed by the Force Majeure provision in Section 12.
Post-creation security is solely your responsibility. Once your private key is held by you — for paid tier, after assembly of the Wallet Private Key in your browser at Step 4 (Unlock); for free tier, immediately upon in-browser generation — CustomTron has no further role in or control over the address. We do not custody, monitor, or have any technical means of recovering, freezing, or interacting with your wallet, its contents, or any transaction signed by you.
You are solely responsible for, among other things:
On-chain transactions are irreversible from our side. Once a transaction is broadcast to and confirmed by the TRON network, it cannot be reversed, undone, recalled, or refunded by CustomTron. We have no ability to freeze funds, blacklist addresses, recover wallets, or intervene in the TRON consensus mechanism. Reversal, freezing, blocklisting, or recovery — if at all possible — would require action by independent third parties (such as TRON network validators, the issuer of the relevant token, or law-enforcement agencies) over which we have no influence and from whom we cannot solicit, guarantee, or expedite any response.
During-generation compromise. This Section also applies to any compromise of your device, browser, or network during the generation or assembly process itself, including malicious browser extensions, browser-side malware, compromised page integrity, fake or modified versions of our cryptographic code, network-level man-in-the-middle attacks, or any other client-environment compromise. Our role is limited to providing the cryptographic code and (for paid-tier orders) the GPU search; we cannot detect or prevent compromise of your client environment, and any loss arising from such compromise is your sole responsibility.
Free-tier liability cap. For free-tier usage, where no payment has been made and the entire generation occurs in your browser, our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from such use is limited to one hundred United States Dollars (USD 100). By using the free tier, you accept this cap as fair and adequate consideration for the no-cost service provided.
Without limiting the foregoing, CustomTron shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
📄 A standalone version of this Privacy Policy is available at customtron.com/customtron-privacy.html. Both documents describe the same data practices.
Data controller and third-party services. Order data is controlled by the operator of CustomTron. We use the following third-party services to operate the Service: TRON network nodes (public blockchain, payment confirmation), Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, with consent only), Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity, with consent only).
Free-tier usage. When you generate an address using the free tier (1–3 character patterns), no personal data, public key, pattern, or order record is sent to or stored on our servers. Generation occurs entirely in your browser via a Web Worker. Server-side data collection described below applies only to paid-tier orders.
Paid-tier orders. We collect minimal data necessary to process your order:
We do not collect names, government-issued identifiers, or physical postal addresses. We do not sell or share order data with third parties. Order data is retained for 90 days after completion, then deleted. Note: aggregated technical data (including IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate geolocation) is processed by our analytics partners (see below) for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement; this data is not linked by us to your wallet address or order ID.
With your consent, we use the following analytics services to collect usage data — pages visited, interactions, general device/browser type, and (in the case of Clarity) anonymized session recordings and heatmaps. This helps us improve the service and detect abuse:
G-F13M60XHFV.wd0wyf3tgw.Both services receive your IP address (used by them for geolocation and fraud detection, then discarded or anonymized per their respective policies). Neither service receives your wallet address, public key, payment transaction ID, or any field marked as private input.
ct_consent key. The banner will reappear on your next visit. For details on how each provider processes data, see Google's Privacy Policy and Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
Right to disable third-party services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to disable, replace, or migrate away from any third-party analytics service (including Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) at any time, including in response to a security incident, privacy violation, regulatory action, or change in vendor terms. Such changes will be reflected in this Section but do not constitute a material change requiring 30-day notice under Section 10.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, China, or another jurisdiction with comparable data protection laws, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us via Telegram @customtronbot or email [email protected]. We will respond within thirty (30) days. We may require reasonable verification of your identity (e.g., proof of control of the order's payment-sending address or Telegram chat ID) before processing requests.
Free-tier note. Because free-tier generation does not transmit any data to our servers, we hold no personal data about free-tier users. Requests under this Section therefore apply only to paid-tier orders.
Note: data that is technically irretrievable cannot be erased by us — including aggregated analytics already anonymized by Google or Microsoft, and on-chain transaction records on the TRON network. Blockchain transaction records, once confirmed, are public and immutable; we have no ability to remove them.
Operating jurisdiction. The Service is operated from outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and mainland China. Data subject requests under GDPR, the UK GDPR, or PIPL are handled per the procedures described above.
Cross-border data transfer (PRC residents). Our servers and analytics partners are located outside the People's Republic of China. By using the paid tier from a PRC location and providing your Telegram chat ID, email, public key, pattern, or payment transaction ID, you give your separate consent under Article 38 of the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) to the cross-border processing of that data outside the PRC for the purposes described in Section 9 (Privacy & Cookies). You may withdraw this consent at any time by ceasing to use the paid tier and requesting deletion of your data under the rights enumerated above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
For material changes — including any change to governing law, dispute-resolution mechanism, refund eligibility, scope of data collection, or limitations of liability — we will post a notice on the homepage at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. For other changes, at least seven (7) days notice will be provided.
For support, refund requests, or questions about these Terms:
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Dispute resolution. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force at the time. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, the language shall be English, and the tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator.
No class actions. All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity. Class actions, collective arbitrations, and representative proceedings are expressly waived to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: outages, congestion, halts, hard forks, or rule changes of the TRON network; failures of third-party node providers, RPC endpoints, or block explorers; actions of governments or regulators (including sanctions affecting the TRON network or USDT); cyberattacks; failures of cloud, GPU or hosting providers; natural disasters; and pandemics. The thirty (30) day good-faith negotiation period above is tolled (paused) for the duration of any continuing Force Majeure event affecting our ability to respond.
Mandatory consumer rights. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section, where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country in which you are habitually resident grant you rights or remedies that cannot be derogated from by agreement, those rights and remedies apply in addition to the dispute-resolution mechanism set out above.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
